How do I return something to Midwest Kites?

At Midwest Kites, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

When returning items:

1. Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.  Before you return an item please contact us for an RMA#.  

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

4.  If you have received a defective item from us please contact us because the manufacturers have their return policies we must follow.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
